Came about in 2020 serving the vulnerable community with cultural competence.
Dreams was officially incorporated as a Canada nonprofit organization in March 2022. Our approach to achieving our mandates addresses specific challenges faced by Newcomer Refugees, Persons with Disability in the Black community. By acknowledging the intersectionality of race and disability, we foster inclusivity that resonates with the lived experiences of target beneficiaries.
